Notice:

  1. For most devices, no external power supply is required. However, an additional power supply (5V 1A) is required when connecting high power consuming devices to ensure stable video transmission and better performance.
  2. For PS5, please go into settings and change the 4K Video Transfer Rate to either -1 or -2.
  3. If your input device (such as XBox, PS4 Pro) runs 4K, please use HDMI 2.0 cable to connect HDMI 4K source device, because HDMI 1.4 cable is not enough to support 4K resolution, or LOWER the resolution from 2160P-RGB to 2160P-YUV420, or 1080P.
  4. Please make sure the total length of the HDMI 1.4 /2.0 cable under 10m.
  5. Before using the remote, please Remove the Little Transparent Sheet first, and aim at the IR receiver with no objects in the way.
