Reminder:

  1. Make sure your laptop's USB-C port supports PD Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode and Data Transfer before purchasing . Otherwise, some interface functions of the USB C hub cannot be used. Please consult your laptop manual or ask the manufacturer for this information first .
  2. Only if your laptop, monitor and HDMI cable all support 4K resolution , the video output will be 4K. When HDMI and VGA work at the same time, the maximum resolution of the monitor will drop to 1080P @60Hz.
  3. M A C OS does not support triple display of different content . It only supports mirroring mode and extended mode (the three external monitors display the same but different from the Macbook screen). This is an operating system limitation.
  4. The Intel graphics card (DP1.2 or 1.4) only supports 3 screen display, so one of the 4 screens (including the laptop screen) cannot be displayed. However, AMD graphics cards can support three external displays to be displayed simultaneously with the laptop.
