When you install the driver a prompt appears as Unauthorized Bluetooth.

Please go to the Bluetooth column in the device manager to check whether other Bluetooth adapters have been installed and delete them. Then turn on the bluetooth in the computer settings, and delete the paired bluetooth device. After the new Bluetooth adapter is installed successfully, re-pair and connect.
